Triku
Meet Triku, a platform-adventure game that's made for fans of the Shantae series, in which you take control of the titular ghost Triku who must travel across various areas filled with enemies to avoid and dungeons to enter.
Throughout the game, you can collect and use abilities such as projectile and healing items to make your adventure easier. However, in order to get these abilities, you need to battle every enemy (or friend) that get into your way. It's a pretty simple but charmy game for those who like outside metroidvanias.
- Short, easy tasks to experience your action-adventure
- Wide difficulty for each area and boss battles
- Cute characters to dialog to for more info
Controls
- Arrows and WASD ===== movements
- A / Z ================ interact / attack / opening doors
- B / X ================ projectile / shield
- SELECT / SHIFT ======= swap abilities
- START / ENTER ======= pause and start

Development
This game as of currently does not fully represent the final result of the project, as it will change over time. The game has been in development after the cancellation of Narez and the Dark Magic, with some elements being borrowed.
What was once a demo for SAGE 2024, is now being developed for a full release somewhere pretty near us. Triku is available for the Game Boy, and the web. You can check out my game in SAGE 2025 once the event start.

Fun concept, but it’s rough with the sluggish controls and hitboxes.
I know something good can came out from this if you keep develop this game or another similiar one.
Thanks and by the way, I'm making a devlog video that's going to show how much my game have changed from this demo I released back in November so.
